What to expect

Haven’s one-guest experience is perfect for your high-profile, highly visible lifestyle. When you’re my guest, you’re Haven’s only guest.

I’ve put some simple guidelines in place for your visit. I want to make certain your Haven experience is the best it can possibly be so that you leave with your soul full.

Arrival Time
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment (no less than 10 minutes) to allow plenty of time to park your car, check in, choose your nail lacquer and RELAX! All first time clients will be asked to complete a profile card prior to treatment(s).

Late Arrival
If you are going to be late, please call and let us know. Appointments will be held for 15 minutes, after this grace period, we consider this “NO SHOW” and the appointment may be given away. Please note that your late arrival will determine the length of your treatment and you will be responsible for full service fee. Your treatment will end accordingly so that the next guest is not delayed.

We will always call, text or email to confirm your appointment and offer you an opportunity to cancel or reschedule; thus, Haven maintains a “no exception” policy for cancellations, requiring a 24-hour notice of cancellation for all treatments. Please keep in mind that “NO SHOWS” and “last minute cancellations” leave our treatment professional with empty appointment times. We may have also turned away other guests who could have enjoyed that time slot. In accordance with this policy, all missed appointments will be billed full price of the scheduled treatment price to the credit card on file.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for all Haven treatments and in any dollar amount. Certain rules apply:

~ Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.
~ The certificates and any unused balances expire 1 year from the date of purchase purchased with Haven.
~ We cannot replace lost or stolen gift certificates. Please treat it as cash and keep it in a safe place.

Prices & treatments are subject to change. Please confirm pricing at the time of your appointment. Any additional treatments requested that will incur a charge, we will let you know prior to performing that service.

Child Policy
Our treatments are designed to focus on one guest at a time; for this reason and to protect us in pampering you, children under the age of 12 are not allowed unless they are party receiving treatment. For extenuating services, please call ahead to discuss and make arrangements.

Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, exchange or spa credit. To be eligible for a return, exchange or spa credit your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with a receipt or proof of purchase dated, and dated within 7 days of purchase.

Sale Items (if applicable)
All sales are final for markdown, clearance or sales items—no refunds, exchanges or credits. Only regularly-priced items are eligible for a refund, exchange or spa credit.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at wecare@nailspahaven.com and send your item to: 173 West Wieuca Road, Suite 106, Atlanta, GA 30342.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 173 West Wieuca Road, Suite 106, Atlanta, GA 30342. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To ensure the most complete experience possible, Haven is a cell phone free environment. For total relaxation, please place all cell phones, pagers and other electronic devices on silent. We do understand that emergencies do occur, but please try to keep all phone calls brief so as not to disrupt your pampering!

We do reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone.
